Clinical features

- extra-thoracic metastases
- non - metastatic:
- endocrine
- neurologic
- dermatologic
Lung cancer should be suspected in any patient with a pneumonia which is slow to resolve or is recurrent, or who presents with a pyrexia of unknown origin.
