Type II cryoglobulin
Type II cryoglobulins are a polyclonal cryoglobulin in association with a monoclonal rheumatoid factor. The immunoglobulin composition may be:
- IgM-IgG
- IgG-IgG
- IgA-IgG
The clinical associations with type II cryoglobulinaemia include:
- rheumatoid arthritis
- Sjogren's disease
- mixed essential cryoglobulinaemia
- lymphoproliferative disease
