The prognosis of lymphoma of the small intestine depends on the stage of the disease. As might be expected, larger lesions with adjacent spread and perforation has a worse prognosis. The overall 5 year survival rate is around 40%.

The lymphomas of coeliac disease and of the Mediterranean type have a worse prognosis.
