Ulnar is the adjective that describes something relating to the ulna bone in the forearm. Alternatively, ulnar may be used to describe a point across the long axis of the forearm that is nearer the ulna bone than another specified point in the anatomical position. For example, the pisform is more ulnar than the scaphoid bone in the wrist.
