Presentation
In children:
- haematuria
- mass in the abdomen
- raised blood pressure
In adults:
- acute loin pain with/without haematuria due to haemorrhage into a cyst
- vague abdominal or loin discomfort due to increasing size of kidneys
- hypertension
- features of uraemia
