In males:

  • perineal, cutaneous fistula
  • recto-urethral fistula:
    • bulbar urethra
    • prostatic urethra
  • rectovesical fistula
  • imperforate anus without fistula
  • rectal atresia

In females:

  • perineal cutaneous fistula
  • vestibular fistula
  • persistent cloaca
  • imperforate anus without fistula
  • rectal atresia
