Quadrangular space (anatomy)
In the axilla on each side, the quadrangular space is bounded by:
- superiorly:
- and ventrally: subscapularis
- and dorsally: teres minor
- inferiorly: teres major
- medially: long head of triceps
- laterally: humerus
It transmits the:
- axillary nerve
- posterior circumflex humeral artery
- posterior circumflex humeral vein
