Coma - alcohol, tranquillisers, sedatives, anticonvulsants, antihistamines, salicylates (if severe)
Convulsions - tricyclics, amphetamines, alcohol, antihistamines
Hallucinations - amphetamines, antihistamines, opiates, steroids, many illegal drugs, belladonna
Pupils dilated - tricyclics, cocaine, amphetamines Pupils pinpoint - opiates(use naloxone), organophosphates
Nystagmus - alcohol, benzodiazepines, phenytoin
Involuntary movements - antipsychotics, prochlorperazine, metoclopramide, antihistamines
