Lipoma of the spermatic cord
- lipoma is the most frequent benign tumour of spermatic cord
- adult spermatic cord lipomas
- in this case review, lipomas had well-defined limits and were frequently encapsulated tumours that push the vascular pedicle to the periphery of spermatic cord
- giant spermatic cord lipoma
- frequently found in a patient that clinically was diagnosed as having an inguinal hernia
- mixed liposarcoma of the spermatic cord
- in this study, all patients presented with inguinoscrotal masses of rapid evolution
- clinically and ultrasonographically were diagnosed as a malignant turnour of the spermatic cord
