Organic personality disorder
Brain damage may result in a change in behaviour which may be serious enough to warrant the diagnosis of a personality disorder.
Commonly the picture is of frontal lobe damage, including:
- disinhibition
- loss of social graces
- sexual indiscretions
- bad judgements
- reduced concentration and attention
- impaired insight
