These may be sensations of being touched or strangled, feeling that insects are crawling beneath the skin or feelings of sexual stimulation.

The sensation of insects beneath the skin may occur in cocaine abusers, but it may also occur in schizophrenia. Sensations of sexual intercourse may also suggest schizophrenia especially if these sensations are interpreted in an unusual, delusional way.
