Clomipramine

Clopramine is a tricyclic antidepressant.

The dose is initially 25 mg daily, increased gradually to 75 to 150 mg per day (75 mg in the elderly) in divided doses or as a single dose at bedtime.

Side effects and actions similar to imipramine. It is claimed that has a special effect in obsessional neurosis.
