Neurological disorders of the upper limb
The main causes of neurological abnormality in the upper limb are:
- cervical spondylosis
- thoracic outlet syndrome
- radial nerve lesions
- ulnar nerve compression at the elbow or wrist
- median nerve compression at the wrist (usually the carpal tunnel syndrome)
- Sudeck's atrophy
- combined lesions
