Indication:
- tuberculosis, when drug resistance is suspected
Cautions:
- warn patients to report visual changes
Contra-indications:
- young children and elderly patients
- optic neuritis
- renal impairment
- poor vision
Side-effects:
- red/green colour blindness
- optic neuritis
- peripheral neuritis
Routes of administration:
- oral
