CTG vs. CTG plus PR interval analysis
The FECG study group randomised 1038 women in labour to either CTG or CTG with foetal ECG and PR interval analysis.
The outcome measures were:
- rates of operative intervention
- neonatal outcome
There was no benefit obtained by adding in foetal ECG analysis in either outcome measures.
