Tabo-paresis is a form of tertiary syphilis which contains features of both tabes dorsalis and general paralysis of the insane.

Taboparesis is one of the causes of a mixed picture of upper and lower motor neurone signs in the legs leading to the presence of absent ankle jerks and extensor planter responses.
