  • headache occurs on >= 15 days per month on average for >3 months
  • pain lasts for hours or may be continuous
  • bilateral location
  • pressing ( not pulsating) quality
  • mild or moderate intensity
  • not aggravated by routine exercise
  • no nausea
  • no vomting
