Vascular supply
The sternoclavicular joint gains its arterial supply from the:
- internal thoracic artery
- superior thoracic branch of the axillary artery
- suprascapular artery
- clavicular branch of the thoracoacromial artery
The joint drains to the axillary and external jugular veins.
