    • 12.5 mg twice daily adjusted at weekly intervals to a maintenance dose of 75-100 mg daily

  • intramuscular injection:
    • prochlorperazine mesylate
    • 12.5-25 mg 2-3 times daily

  • rectally:
    • prochlorperazine maleate
    • 25 mg 2-3 times daily
