  • lacy, livid maculopapular rash
  • jaundice
  • diarrhoea
  • abdominal pain
  • hepatosplenomegaly
  • alopecia
  • bullae
  • desquamation of skin

The features of chronic GVHD may be similar to those of other immunologic disorders such as scleroderma.
