Clinical features
Clinical features of the acute illness include:
- lacy, livid maculopapular rash
- jaundice
- diarrhoea
- abdominal pain
- hepatosplenomegaly
- alopecia
- bullae
- desquamation of skin
The features of chronic GVHD may be similar to those of other immunologic disorders such as scleroderma.
