- symptoms suggestive of a neoplasm include
- anorexia
- weight loss
- symptom interpretation is not easy:
- a lymphoma, a neoplasm of the lymph gland, can present with fever and night sweats, features that may also occur in an infective cause of lymph node enlargement.
