Clinical features
The clinical features of eccrine poroma include:
- typically, a single lesion
- most commonly sole of foot or hand
- shape variable: papule, plaque or slightly polypoid
- firm
- surface erythema
- hyperkeratosis
- smooth surface but may ulcerate with pressure
