Troponin T
Troponin T binds Tropomyosin. It forms part of the Troponin complex which regulates the binding of actin and tropomyosin during skeletal and cardiac muscle contraction.
A cardiac isoform of troponin T (cTnT) is used in the diagnosis of cardiac muscle injury.
