Tachyarrhythmias
A tachyarrhythmia is defined as a heart rate in excess of 100 bpm.
The main tachyarrhythmias are:
- sinus tachycardia
- atrial ectopics
- atrial flutter
- atrial fibrillation
- atrial tachycardia
- re-entrant tachycardias
- pre-excitation syndromes
- ventricular ectopics
- ventricular tachycardia
- torsade des pointes.
