Dysostosis multiplex congenita is a radiological finding of a number of related features, including:
- dolicocephaly
- spatulate ribs - oar-like
- wide diaphyses and narrow epiphyses
- wide metacarpals, phlanges, metatarsals - bullet-like
- hypoplastic acetabulae
- kyphoscoliosis
- platyvertebrae
- ossification defects of the lower vertebral bodies
