Rockerbottom feet are a feature of conditions such as Patau's and Edward's syndromes and describes feet shaped like the runner of a rocking chair, ie gently curved upwards at both ends.
Rockerbottom feet may be treated with vertical talus casting or manipulation. If these fail then surgery may be required to release soft tissue.
