The blood flows to the liver and brain do not significantly differ between the pregnant and the non-pregnant states.
The most marked differences in blood flows are with respect to the uterus and the kidneys; the uterine blood flow increases from about 50ml/minute at in early pregnancy to about 500 ml/min at term, with approximately a 30% increase in blood flow to the kidneys.
