Balanitis and balanoposthitis: Burning, irritation or itching of the glans or subpreputially. There may be redness of the glans or subpreputially. The patient may complain difficulty in retracting the prepuce and/or subpreputial discharge.
Mild urethritis: The patient may complain of slight urethral discharge and mild dysuria. On examination, there may be patchy white exudate on the glans, redness of the glans and underside of the prepuce and the prepuce may be tight and difficult to retract.
