Because Behcet's is a multisystem disease, the differential diagnosis is wide and often includes one or more of the following:

  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • Reiter's syndrome
  • ulcerative colitis
  • Crohn's disease
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome
