The left conus artery of the heart is a branch of the anterior interventricular artery. It is given off early in the latter's course inferiorly through the anterior interventricular groove. It runs to the right to supply the outflow tract of the right ventricle. It may anastomose with the left conus artery within the walls of the infundibulum.
