ECG changes in calcium channel blocker poisoning
The electrophysiological effects of calcium channel blocker overdose include:
- sinus bradycardia
- accelerated atrioventricular node conduction
- 2nd and 3rd degree heart block
- sinus arrest with nodal escape rhythms
- asystole
