Pyknodysostosis
Pyknodysostosis is an autosomal recessive condition in which there is short stature with onset postnatally. There is a tendency to fractures and blue sclerae; this may lead to confusion with osteogenesis imperfecta. However, cranial nerve palsies and anaemia are uncommon in this condition.
