Oro-facial dyskinesia
Oro-facial dyskinesia is abnormal involuntary movement of the mouth and face. It forms part of the picture of tardive dyskinesia.
The movements may present as involuntary chewing and grimacing.
A possible cause is several years of neuroleptic ingestion.
