Aetiology
This syndrome may be produced by compression or inflammatory disease of the spinal cord and, occasionally with vascular lesions.
Causes of Brown-Sequard syndrome include:
- trauma
- vertebral disease
- multiple sclerosis
- angioma
- trauma
- myelitis
- post-radiation myelopathy
