Type III cryoglobulins are a polyclonal cryoglobulin in association with a polyclonal rheumatoid factor. The immunoglobulin composition include:

- rheumatoid arthritis
- EBV
- Sjogren's disease
- CMV
- hepatitis B
- infective endocarditis
- Kala-azar
- leprosy
- primary biliary cirrhosis
