Leukaemia (chronic)
Chronic leukaemias are characterised by a relatively slow natural course. Two sub-types are recognised:
- chronic myeloid or chronic granulocytic leukaemias
- chronic lymphocytic leukaemias
Note that CML is a myeloproliferative disorder and is quite different than CLL.
