Felty's syndrome
This describes the association of rheumatoid arthritis with:
- splenomegaly
- neutropenia, anaemia and thrombocytopenia
- lymphadenopathy
It occurs in less than 1% of all cases of rheumatoid arthritis. The major complication is recurrent infection.
