Clinical features
The disease is often asymptomatic.
Features may include:
- haemoptysis
- dyspnoea
- cyanosis
- clubbing
- continuous murmur over the malformation
- platypnoea:
- hypoxaemia aggravated by upright position
- dyspnoea relieved by recumbency
