Indications for intramuscular form
Indications for intramuscular immunoglobulin include prophylaxis against:
- hepatitis A
- measles - in immunocompromised patients who have had contact with the disease
- rubella - where there may be a reduction in the risk of clinical manifestations of the illness and thus prevention of fetopathy in pregnant mothers
