Clinical features
Often asymptomatic (diagnosed incidentally).
Possible features include:
- unexpected decline in renal function
- haematuria
- loin pain
- renal enlargement
- asymmetrical leg oedema
- evidence of a collateral venous circulation
Approximately 1/3 have coincident PE.
