Features include:
- developmental delay, with
- variable learning difficulties
- speech and language delay
- gross motor delay
- impaired fine motor activity, with poor coordination
- increased growth, which starts prenatally, and is particularly rapid in the first two or three years, stabilising after five years, and reaching normal adult height:
- large hands and feet
- long arms
- macrocephaly
- advanced bone age
- precocious puberty
- dysmorphic facial features:
- dolicocephaly
- hypertelorism
- high palate
- prognathism
- other developmental abnormalities:
- cardiac
- genitourinary
- scoliosis
