Clinical features
This condition is characterized by:
- hepatomegaly but no splenomegaly
- doll-like face
- hypoglycaemia on fasting
- hyperglycaemia after a meal
- fits
- low IQ
Other features include:
- failure to thrive
- lumbar lordosis
- xanthomata (over buttocks and joints)
- adiposity.
