Drug-induced syndrome of inappropriate ADH
The drugs most commonly implicated in SIADH are:
- thiazide diuretics
- vincristine
- vinblastine
- cyclophosphamide, at high or low dose
Others include:
- chlorpromamide
- carbamazepine
- phenothiazines
- tricyclic antidepressants
- clofibrate
- oxytocin
- vasopressin
- morphia
- barbiturates
- nicotine
