Clinical features
These include:
- dyspnoea
- hepatomegaly
- tachycardia; gallop rhythm may be heard
- sweating
- pallor
- cardiomegaly
- poor feeding
Note that if heart failure and complete heart block co- exist, tachycardia will not be present. This is unusual.
