  • diabetic dermopathy - pigmented scars over shins

  • eruptive xanthomas
  • neuropathic ulcers
  • atherosclerosis
  • tight waxy skin on fingers
  • ulcers due to neuropathy or ischaemia
  • fat atrophy or hypertrophy at insulin injection sites
